An email address is required during the checkout process, so we can provide important order tracking and progress information. You will receive an email upon receipt of your order at Lloyd Mats.
The email confirmation you receive when your order has shipped, will include an order number and Fedex tracking number.
By clicking the tracking number in the email, will provide delivery information through the Fedex system.
The order number should be used in any correspondence with Lloyd Mats regarding your order.
Lloyd Mats ship directly from our factory in Los Angeles, California. All mats are made to order and ship within three business days of your order.
Standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States is free via Fedex ground. This method provides between one and six day delivery (not including two day production time) depending on the distance from Lloyd Mats.
Expedited next day or second day delivery (not including two day production time) is available for additional charge. See the chart below for expedited shipping charges. If no choice is made in the checkout process, Standard Fedex Ground will be used.

Lloyd Mats uses premium continuous filament nylon yarn in the construction of the mat face, similar to higher quality home carpeting. The carpet face should be cleaned as any other high quality carpet, using cleaning solutions specifically formulated for spot removal or general carpet cleaning.
